You may receive a notification to downloaded and work install the Brother iPrint&Scan Push Scan Tool when attempting to scan from the button on your Brother machine.
You can make settings easily, Follow these steps:
Download the target file to your Mac.
- Please extract the “xxxxxxxx.dmg” file manually with “Disk Utility”. “Disk Utility” can be found in /Applications/Utilities. “dmg” is called “disk image file”.
This needs “Disk Utility”. By using “Disk Utility”, the Installer Disk Image can be mounted. - Please, “Double click” the installing pack icon “xxxxxxxx.pkg“.
Follow the instruction on the screen.
The Installer will ask you to selected a destination volume. Please select the same volume on which the macOS operating system is installed.
