Follow the steps below

Step One

Please, Boot a Samsung devices into Safe Mode

* Turn the devices off by holding the “Power” button until the option to “Power Off” appears on the screen. Anda please tap Power off.

** Press and Hold the “Power” and the “Volume Down” buttons at the same time, to turn the device on.

Important The Power key is on the right hand side of most Samsung phone. And the volume down will usually be on the left hand side.

When you see the Samsung logo appear on the screen phone, you can let’s go of the Power button while the devices boots up.

Make sure to keep holding the Volumes Down button.

Step One

Hold “Volume Down” and “Power” for at least 5 sec to force the devices to restart.

Step Two

Hold the “Power” button on the right hand side and please select “Restart” on the screen.

Step Three

Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the “Notification panels“. Select the notification “Safe Mode is on” and please tap “Turn Off” on the prompt to restart the devices.
