Open “Settings“.
Tap “Apps and notifications“, then tap “See all app“.
Tap the offending app’s name.
Tap Storage, then tap Clear storage.

If wiping the cache or app storage didn’t do the trick, it’s time to uninstall for the app:

Open “Settings“.
Tap “Apps and notifications“, then tap “See all apps“.
Tap the offending for app names.
Tap “Uninstall“, then tap “OK” to confirm.
